The Striker is known as a fast attack cruiser, its exclusive choice of rocket pods grants it extra suppressive capabilities within the chaotic environment of combat. Their explosive power makes them great in the categories of direct assaults and counter strikes. Importantly, their protective armor allows them to act like cover in siege attacks and entrenched position raids, the best raider tank of all. This “Raider” reputation makes it a prime target for Red Cell raids, as the rocket-based armaments are efficient at flushing out rebel encampments in rapid charges. These cruisers have been selected within the use of training scenarios, their weapons and equipment being replaced with holographic versions. Notably, their addition to training scenarios has allowed for many Imperial soldiers to be familiar and comfortable with their operation.
