INCIDENT REPORT
INCIDENT OVERVIEW
At approximately 21:43, Adrian Mercer entered the decommissioned Northwatch Communications Facility without authorisation. Motion sensors detected movement across three separate sectors despite only one individual being visible on surveillance footage.
No signs of forced entry were discovered.
